Showroomprivé Strengthens Its Board with Three New Directors
Showroomprivé announces the co-option of three new members to its Board of Directors. This appointment was announced via a press release on February 12, 2026, and will be submitted for ratification at the next General Meeting.
New Independent Directors Appointed
Jany Gerometta and Laurence-Anne Parent join the Board as independent directors. Gerometta brings expertise in finance, risk management, and transformation, gained over more than 25 years of career in international banking groups, including as Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Parent, a Senior Partner at Advancy since 2003, has over 30 years of experience in strategy, growth, innovation, and organizational transformation, specializing in the retail, consumer goods, luxury, and entertainment sectors. Sophie Dahan joins the Board as a non-independent director. She serves as VP of Strategy & Marketing at GLOBE GROUP - Shopper House, bringing expertise in retail strategy, shopper marketing, and omnichannel transformation.

David Dayan, Chairman and CEO, expresses his gratitude towards Sophie Moreau-Garenne, Clémence Gastaldi, and Amanda de Montal for their commitment to the Board. Following the appointments, the Board of Directors consists of twelve members: David Dayan, Albin Jacquemont, Brigitte Tambosi, Emilie Patou, Eric Dayan, Eric Sitruk, Jany Gerometta, Laurence-Anne Parent, Michael Dayan, Rachel Marouani, Sophie Dahan, and Benoit Camps as censor.
