Streamwide Reports 25% Growth in 2025 with Revenue of 26.3 Million Euros
Streamwide, a specialist in critical communication software solutions, recorded consolidated revenue of 26.3 million euros in 2025, up by 25.2% compared to 2024. This growth was driven by the platform business, which saw a 36% increase in revenue, and by the surge in recurring SaaS revenues.
Revenue Breakdown and Key Growth Drivers
Streamwide consolidated a revenue of 26.3 million euros in 2025, an increase of 5.3 million euros from 21 million euros in 2024. This 25.2% growth primarily stems from the platform business, encompassing the team on mission and team on the run solutions, with revenues reaching 19.9 million euros, marking a 36% increase. This sector now represents 76% of the total annual revenue, up from 70% in 2024. Recurring SaaS revenues are the engine of this momentum, with a spectacular rise of 285%, from 494,000 euros in 2024 to 1.9 million euros in 2025. This increase is mainly fueled by the launch of a major SaaS contract with AT&T-FirstNet in North America, which generated 1.4 million euros in revenue over the year. The group now isolates SaaS revenues into a specific category, given their growing significance. The legacy business, historically based on telecom operator solutions, remains stable at 6.3 million euros, accounting for 24% of the annual revenue.
Revenue Composition and International Expansion
The 2025 revenue comprises four key elements. License revenues amounted to 11.1 million euros, up by 25%, while maintenance revenues reached 7.3 million euros, showing a 28% increase. Service revenues were at 6 million euros, nearly stable with a minor increase of 1%. Recurring SaaS revenues accounted for 1.9 million euros. Within the platform activity, license revenues were 9.6 million euros, services at 5.2 million euros, and maintenance at 3.2 million euros. The group's internationalization is accelerating, with international revenues representing 39% of the annual activity in 2025, up from 31% in 2024. The AT&T-FirstNet project is strategically significant, marking a key milestone for the group with a solution set to launch commercially in the first quarter of 2026, following a testing and validation period with about thirty U.S. agencies. Other projects were also initiated and deployed in 2025 in Europe and Asia, illustrating the group's diversification towards the enterprise market. Legacy revenues are broken down into licenses of 1.5 million euros, services of 0.9 million euros, and maintenance of 4.1 million euros.
Future Outlook and Strategic Focus
Streamwide anticipates significant development of the SaaS activity in 2026, with the commercial launch of AT&T-FirstNet's Fusion solution scheduled for the first quarter. The group notes that this baseline effect will be demanding for the platform activity, after a year marked by robust growth in 2025. The outlook remains constructive with ongoing projects in Asia-Pacific described as very promising, as well as potential opportunities in the defense, transport, and energy sectors. The legacy activity is not expected to evolve significantly and will continue to generate recurring revenues of the same order as in 2025. The group sets a goal of profitable growth for 2026, with human and technical investments driven with this in mind. The annual results for 2025 are expected to be higher compared to 2024. Audit procedures on the 2025 annual revenues are underway. The 2025 annual results will be published on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, after the closing of the Euronext markets in Paris.
