The company offers cloud infrastructure, transformation, and migration services for large-scale information systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, high performance, and resilience. CirrusHQ operates across a broad range of sectors, with a particularly strong presence in education and the public sector. Its integration into Sword is expected to enhance the group's multi-cloud and hybrid expertise across all markets.

The acquisition accounts for an annual revenue of approximately £6.0M, with an EBIT margin exceeding 12%. CirrusHQ is expected to achieve an organic growth rate of 20% per year once integrated into Sword. The consolidation into the group's accounts will take effect from May 1, 2026.
