Tikehau Capital Strengthens Its Leadership in Italy and Appoints Piero Migliorini to Private Equity
The alternative asset manager is reorganizing its leadership in Italy with several appointments effective October 1, 2026, as part of strengthening its Private Equity platform in the country.
Piero Migliorini Takes the Lead of Private Equity in Italy
Tikehau Capital has announced the appointment of Piero Migliorini to the position of Head of Private Equity Italy, effective October 1, 2026. He joins the group after serving as Managing Director at Neuberger Berman and Partner at Aurora Growth Capital, where he has been part of the investment team since 2017.
He brings nearly two decades of professional experience, with more than 15 years in Private Equity, notably in growth investments targeting small and medium-sized Italian enterprises. Previously, he held the position of Investment Manager at Fondo Italiano d'Investimento.
Roberto Quagliuolo will remain associated with Tikehau Capital, where he will continue to support the monitoring and development of the group's Private Equity portfolio companies in Italy, while joining his family businesses in an executive role.
Martino Mauroner Appointed Co-Head of Italy Alongside Daniele Germano
Martino Mauroner, currently Deputy Head Private Debt and Head of Private Debt Italy, has been appointed Co-Head of Italy alongside Daniele Germano, Co-Head of Italy and Head of Sales Italy. He will continue to lead Tikehau Capital's Private Debt activities in Italy and internationally as Deputy Head, while assuming expanded management responsibilities in the country.
