The investment portfolio comprises 33 holdings in Belgium, France, Ireland and the Netherlands, with a fair value of €765.1 million, up 7.3% compared to December 31, 2025. Investment commitments contracted but not yet disbursed amount to €81.1 million at the end of the period. By combining the current portfolio with these commitments, TINC's portfolio will ultimately reach approximately €846 million. The company indicates it remains on track to double its investment portfolio to reach 1 billion euros. For the current financial year, which will close on December 31, 2026, TINC proposes a gross distribution to shareholders of €0.60 per share, with payment expected in May 2027 subject to approval by the general meeting.
