Vantiva Deploys HomeSight Wellness Hub at Comfort Keepers in North America
Vantiva announces the deployment of its HomeSight Wellness Hub platform across the Comfort Keepers franchise network in the United States and Canada. This integration is part of the newly launched Comfort360 ecosystem, which combines home care services and technological tools to support elderly individuals.
Partnership Validated by an Extensive Pilot Program
Comfort Keepers conducted a thorough pilot trial before selecting HomeSight for its new care model. The test confirmed the ease of adoption, integration into existing workflows, operational compatibility at the franchise level, as well as the commercial viability and organizational reliability of partnering with an established technology leader.
HomeSight at the Core of the Comfort360 Ecosystem
HomeSight transforms the patient's television into a multifunctional welcome hub. The platform incorporates four key features: engagement and wellness (secure virtual consultations, social connection, cognitive stimulation), intelligent activity monitoring (sensors detecting behavioral changes), actionable data (guiding the adaptation of care plans), and scalable deployment (simple integration into existing workflows). The service targets a senior population in the United States and Canada where Comfort Keepers operates over 600 franchises since 1998.
Addressing the Demographic Challenges of Home Care
Nav Kannan, Senior Vice President of Diversification Solutions at Vantiva, highlights the demographic context: more than 62 million Americans are aged 65 or older today, a number that will reach 71 million by 2030. Approximately 70% of seniors are expected to need some form of care. Ramzi Abdine, Chief Operating Officer of Comfort Keepers, emphasizes that the pilot demonstrated how HomeSight enhances connection with clients and allows teams to intervene earlier and with more confidence.
