Vente-unique.com Posts Record Results and Accelerates European Expansion
Online furniture sales specialist Vente-unique.com has announced record results for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, with consolidated revenue surpassing the 200 million euros mark for the first time. The group now plans to accelerate its international development, particularly in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom.
Impressive Fiscal Year Performance
For the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, the group recorded a total business volume of 275.7 million euros, up 18.2% compared to the previous year, according to the press release dated January 13. Consolidated revenue reached 200.9 million euros, an increase of 12.5%. This performance is largely due to the growing international presence, which now accounts for more than half of the group's sales, and the expansion of its marketplace, now covering 11 countries. The Habitat brand, operated in France for a year, generated 10 million euros in revenue for the year. Revenue from third-party logistics services nearly doubled, reaching 4.8 million euros. Gross margin was established at 58.8% of revenue, up from 57.9% the previous year, driven by the growth in marketplace commissions.
Adjusted EBITDA and Profitability Insights
Adjusted EBITDA stood at 21 million euros, representing 10.4% of revenue, down from 10.9% in the previous fiscal year. This slight decrease in percentage terms is attributed by the company to costs associated with the first year of commercial relaunch of the Habitat brand and adjustments in logistical capacities. Operating income increased by 8% to 11.8 million euros, while net income rose by 10% to reach 8.1 million euros. This marks the 19th consecutive profitable fiscal year for the group. Gross cash reached a record level of 32.1 million euros. With this financial standing, the group will propose at its next general meeting a dividend payment of 0.50 euros per share, an increase of 31.6% compared to the previous year.
Strengthening European Presence
For its twentieth anniversary, Vente-unique.com aims to strengthen its European presence. The group launched sales in Scandinavia in early November 2025, covering Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, and is preparing to enter the British market. In total, 14 countries are now covered by the group. To support this growth, a second logistics warehouse located near Moulins, in the Allier region, has been gradually opening since November 2025. Its full opening is scheduled for the end of March 2026 and will increase the group's logistical capacities by 75%. The development of this facility represents an investment of approximately 8 million euros, financed by financial debt and leasing. According to the press release, the group anticipates another year of profitable growth, based on a first quarter of 2025-2026 showing double-digit commercial performance.
