Christophe Ferrer is appointed as the director of development for Vinci and joins the group's executive committee, according to the press release. He succeeds Christophe Pelissié du Rausas, who has retired. A graduate of HEC Paris, Christophe Ferrer began his career at Vinci in 2006 in the investor relations department. The company states that he then primarily advanced internationally within the Vinci Construction division, serving as administrative and financial manager on major projects, and later as the financial director of Eurovia in the United Kingdom. Since 2021, he has been managing the group's treasury and financing while overseeing the tax department.

Thierry Mirville, appointed as the deputy financial director on October 1, 2025, also joins the executive committee, the group specifies. A graduate of ESSEC and Sciences Po Paris, he began his career in 1991 at GTIE, a subsidiary of Compagnie Générale des Eaux, which later became a subsidiary of Vinci in 1997, and was renamed Vinci Energies in 2002. According to the press release, he was appointed financial director of Vinci Energies Deutschland in 2003, before becoming the financial director of Vinci Energies in 2006. In 2018, he joined Vinci SA to oversee treasury, financing, and tax matters, and was appointed financial director of the Vinci Construction division in 2021.
