Virtualware Appoints Jason Paltrowitz to its International Advisory Board
Listed on Euronext Growth Paris since June 2025, Virtualware announces the integration of Jason Paltrowitz, founder of Crossbridge Advisors, into its international advisory board. Paltrowitz will contribute his expertise in American market access and capital strategy.
A Capital Markets Professional with American Access Expertise
Jason Paltrowitz served for 12 years as the Executive Vice President of OTC Markets Group, where he led the London subsidiary and oversaw the integration of over 5,000 issuers from 48 countries into the group's premium markets. He spearheaded strategic alliances with the London Stock Exchange, Singapore Exchange, SIX Swiss Exchange, Euronext, the Canadian Securities Exchange, and Aquis. Prior to this role, he held a director position at JPMorgan Chase in charge of safeguarding, clearing, and collateral management activities. He also spent 11 years at BNY Mellon as head of the Global Capital Markets Group within its Depositary Receipts Division. Paltrowitz holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Boston University.
Strengthening the International Advisory Board to Support Expansion
Paltrowitz joins an international advisory board that includes Albert Maasland (former CEO of Saxo Bank UK and Crown Agents Bank), Ramón Pedrosa (capital markets expert), Stephanie Smith (former Chief Nuclear Engineer at CANDU Energy), and Ed Martin (former executive at Unity and Autodesk). His appointment follows Virtualware's admission to Euronext Growth Paris in June 2025. According to Unai Extremo, CEO of Virtualware, 'as we move forward with our listing on Euronext, his knowledge of the American market access will help us reach a broader investor base.' Paltrowitz stated that his goal will be 'to make Virtualware visible and investable for American institutions.'
