Wallix Reports Record Revenue of 40.6 Million Euros in 2025, Up 19.2%
European cybersecurity specialist Wallix released its 2025 results on Thursday, marked by double-digit revenue growth and a significant improvement in profitability. The group is now entering a new cycle of profitable growth for the 2026 fiscal year.
Strong Annual Performance
Wallix recorded an annual revenue of 40.6 million euros in 2025, an increase of 19.2% over the year. The Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) reached 2.6 million euros as of December 31, 2025, growing by 29.1% compared to December 31, 2024, while the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) amounted to 31.6 million euros at the end of December 2025. Recurring revenues, consisting of subscriptions and maintenance, represent 70.7% of the consolidated revenue. The subscription segment showed particularly strong dynamics with a growth of 44.3% to reach 11.4 million euros. France, the group's leading region, displayed an MRR growth of 24.1% at 1.55 million euros. The Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) segment outside France recorded an MRR growth of 37.3%, driven particularly by the Middle East Africa region which achieved a growth of nearly 40%. All countries in the EMEA segment showed MRR growth rates above 25%.
Significant Improvement in Operating Margin
Wallix confirms a significant improvement in its operating margin in the second half of 2025 and aims for break-even operation over the entire fiscal year 2025, thus reversing the trend after operating losses of 9.5 million euros in 2023 and 5.7 million euros in 2024. The 2026 fiscal year marks the entry into a new cycle combining the continuation of hypergrowth in recurring revenues and a significant improvement in operating results, while maintaining measured investments in two priority areas: the deployment of the product roadmap and commercial development. The group will rely particularly on the recent launch of Wallix One Console, a unified interface for managing cybersecurity solutions, and on the acquisition of Malizen, specialized in behavioral analysis of users, to strengthen its capabilities in artificial intelligence. The acquisition of the German BSI certification is a structural lever to accelerate development in Germany and Northern Europe.
Aspiring to be a European Cybersecurity Champion
Wallix aims to become a European champion in cybersecurity and intends to gradually extend its solutions towards machine identity management and agent-based systems. The group estimates this market to be around 1.8 billion dollars in 2025 and nearly 8 billion dollars by 2030. The company continues to structure its teams and operations internationally, with a particular focus on the DACH region and Northern Europe.
