The asset management subsidiaries of Wendel Investment Managers have raised over 11 billion euros since their integration into the group, according to a statement released this Monday. This fundraising combines the funds from IK Partners in European private equity and Monroe Capital in American private debt.
Monroe Capital Completes Fundraising for Private Credit Fund V
Monroe Capital, a management company specializing in mid-market private debt in the United States and acquired in October 2024, has completed the fundraising for its Monroe Capital Private Credit Fund V, the group reports. The fund reached 6.1 billion dollars in investable capital, including the main fund, leverage, and dedicated management mandates. This collection marks an improvement from the previous fund, according to the statement. The fundraising reflects the confidence of international institutional investors in Monroe Capital's direct financing strategy for the lower mid-market segment, the company specifies.
IK Partners Closes Tenth Mid Cap Fund at Subscription Cap
IK Partners, a player in European private equity integrated in October 2023, finalized in early April 2025 the fundraising for its tenth Mid Cap fund, IK X, reaching its subscription cap at 3.3 billion euros, according to the statement. This is the largest fund ever raised by the company, compared to 2.85 billion euros for the previous fund IK IX in 2020. The fund attracted institutional investors spread across the EMEA region for 64%, Asia for 20%, and the Americas for 16%, with a record level of new subscribers. By the end of July 2025, IK Partners completed the final close of its fourth Small Cap fund, IK Small Cap IV, also at its subscription cap with 2.0 billion euros in commitments, compared to 1.2 billion euros for the previous fund in 2021. The fund was oversubscribed and reached its cap in less than six months, with 80% of the capital coming from existing investors of the platform, the group specifies.
Wendel Investment Managers to Manage Over 46 Billion Euros Following Acquisition
Following the acquisition of Committed Advisors announced in October 2025, Wendel Investment Managers is expected to manage over 46 billion euros in assets under management, according to the statement. The platform is expected to exceed 200 million euros in recurring revenue related to management fees in pro forma for 2026, covering private equity, private debt, and private market solutions. The group displays an ambition for organic revenue growth of 15% per year on average by the end of 2030, the company indicates. Wendel's net contribution, as a sponsor, to all these fundraising efforts amounted to approximately 500 million euros, the statement specifies.
