During the quarter, Wereldhave completed 12 million euros worth of strategic acquisitions. According to the press release, these transactions were financed through the issuance of new shares, contributing to a 0.2 percentage point improvement in the loan-to-value ratio. Concurrently, the group announced the successful refinancing of its 250 million euro revolving credit facility (RCF).
