Witbe Achieves 2025 Revenue of 19.6 Million Euros, Aligned with Its Goals
Witbe, a leader in video stream monitoring and automated testing, announced on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, its annual revenue for the fiscal year 2025. The company recorded consolidated revenues of 19.6 million euros, in line with its previously announced target of 20 million euros, with a significant rebound in activity in the second half of the year.
Annual Financial Performance
Witbe reported a consolidated annual revenue of 19.6 million euros in 2025, down 12 percent from 2024 (10 percent at constant exchange rates). This result remains in line with the group's target of 20 million euros. The second half of 2025 saw a notable rebound in activity, with sequential growth of over 54 percent from the first to the second half of the year. The first semester recorded revenues of 7.7 million euros, down from 10.4 million euros a year earlier (a decline of 26 percent, or 28 percent at constant exchange rates). The second semester amounted to 11.9 million euros, stable compared to the same period in 2024 (plus 1 percent at constant exchange rates). Geographically, the Americas region recorded 9.8 million euros in revenue in 2025, down 16 percent (11 percent at constant exchange rates), representing 50 percent of the group's annual billings compared to 53 percent in 2024. The EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) generated 9.2 million euros, down 3 percent from 2024, but with a strong rebound in the second half: 2.8 million euros in the first half (down 28 percent) and 6.4 million euros in the second half (up 16 percent). The EMEA region accounted for 47 percent of the 2025 revenue compared to 43 percent in 2024. Asia totaled 0.6 million euros, down from 1.0 million euros in 2024, representing 3 percent of annual sales.
Revenue Composition and Cost Optimization
Revenue from Cloud-based operations (SaaS subscriptions) declined by 13 percent in 2025. Including software maintenance services, which grew by over 23 percent, Witbe's recurring revenue increased by over 8 percent to 7.2 million euros, representing 37 percent of the annual revenue compared to 30 percent in 2024. The ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) from Cloud subscriptions and maintenance services remained strong at 8.8 million euros as of December 31, 2025, compared to 8.7 million euros a year earlier. Witbe continued its measures to adapt its structure and optimize costs throughout 2025. The group realized 1.9 million euros in cost reductions in the first half of 2025 thanks to actions taken in 2024. The optimization measures initiated in 2025 became visible from the second half and will have their full effect in 2026. The group's workforce stood at 100 employees excluding VIE as of December 31, 2025, compared to 135 employees at the end of 2024 and 146 at the end of 2023. Recruitment policies, marketing, and operating expenses will continue to be closely monitored in 2026.
Strategic Shift in Automation and Monitoring
Witbe is initiating a major paradigm shift in test automation and video monitoring. The launch in 2025 of Witbe Agentic AI, complemented by Witbe Agentic SDK, enables broadcasters, streaming platforms, social networks, and operators to automate the testing and monitoring of their video services. The solution simplifies the implementation and maintenance of tests and significantly reduces costs for clients. Witbe aims to achieve a revenue of 22 million euros in 2026, accompanied by a reduced cost structure thanks to measures taken in 2024 and 2025.
