Worldline completes disposal of ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions for €107 million

This transaction is part of a broader disposal program aimed at strengthening the group's financial profile.
Disposal of merchant acquiring activity in Australia
Worldline disposed of its 51% stake in Worldline Australia Pty Ltd (operating under the name ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions) to ANZ. This entity operates in merchant acquiring in Australia, serving SME and large enterprise customers. To ensure operational continuity during the transition period, Worldline will continue to provide technological and software services to ANZ.
Integration into a strategic disposal program
This disposal is part of a set of previously announced disposals including Mobility & Transactional Web Services, Worldline North America, Cetrel, PaymentIQ, Worldline Merchant Services India, Worldline New Zealand and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions Australia. The combined net proceeds from all these transactions are estimated between 590 and 640 million euros, with funds expected to be received in 2026.
Fund allocation and strategic priorities
Resources generated by these disposals are expected to strengthen the group's financial profile, increase its strategic flexibility and support the redeployment of capital towards its core business activities. Worldline management remains focused on implementing the North Star 2030 transformation plan with the objective of restoring the group's revenue growth as well as strong free cash flow generation.
