2CRSi: The Company Carrying the Aether Project Has Obtained Seller's Agreement for a 25 MW Site
Member of the AETHER consortium, 2CRSi has provided the market with clarifications on the structure carrying the project and on the progress of the acquisition of the two Strasbourg sites involved.
This information follows exchanges with the Financial Markets Authority and supplements the press releases of July 8 and 16, 2026.
A Structure Chaired by Holding Alain Wilmouth
The company carrying the project, AETHER Infrastructures, is a simplified joint-stock company registered in 2026, whose presidency is ensured by "Holding Alain Wilmouth" (HAW), currently its sole shareholder.
For the 2025/26 fiscal year, 2CRSi invoiced AETHER Infrastructures for service provisions in the amount of €629,760 excluding tax.
Two Strasbourg Sites at Distinct Stages
The firm and binding offer relating to the "FR-SXB1" site ("share deal") remains pending validation by the seller's board of directors and benefits from exclusivity granted by the latter. The offer relating to the "FR-SXB2" site ("asset deal") obtained a definitive and formal agreement from the seller on July 31, 2026.
This agreement provides for partial occupancy as of October 1, 2026 to begin work and the deployment of computing capacity, with a shared objective of signing the final deed of sale no later than December 31, 2026. Located in Strasbourg, this site has a capacity of 25 MW with a redundant connection, set to increase according to the availability granted by the electricity network operator.
The site will host one or more "AI computing factories" operated by the AETHER project, as well as the manufacturing of AI Factory modules (2CRSi Cloud Solutions) and 2CRSi's metallurgical workshop. The AETHER consortium is intended to respond to the call for proposals for AI gigafactories launched by the European Union on July 30, 2026, designed to mobilize more than 30 billion euros in investments.
