ABL Texcell Diagnostics Raises Its 2026 Revenue Target to €13.5-14 Million
The French molecular diagnostics specialist now targets revenue between €13.5 million and €14.0 million for fiscal year 2026, potentially doubling compared to 2025. This increase incorporates the contribution from Texcell operations acquired in the second half.
Annual Target Raised to a Range of €13.5 Million to €14.0 Million
ABL Texcell Diagnostics revised on October 1, 2026 its revenue target for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2026. The company now anticipates revenue between €13.5 million and €14.0 million, compared to a target of €12.265 million communicated on June 1, 2026.
This increase represents an addition of €1.235 million to €1.735 million, or a rise of 10.1% to 14.1% compared to the initial target. Relative to 2025 revenue of €6.950 million, the new range corresponds to annual growth between 94.2% and 101.4%.
According to the press release, this estimate takes into account first-half performance, activity observed since the beginning of the second half, and the expected contribution from Texcell activities and assets since their acquisition. The company specifies that this is the best estimate available to date and does not constitute a forecast of operating income, EBITDA, or net income for fiscal year 2026.
The achievement of this estimate remains dependent on the contract and service execution schedule, their invoicing and accounting recognition, as well as work in progress related to the scope of Texcell activities and contracts acquired.
First Half at €5.415 Million, EBITDA Margin of 24.3%
As of June 30, 2026, the company achieved revenue of €5.415 million, compared to €2.849 million one year earlier, representing an increase of 90.0%. EBITDA stood at €1.315 million, compared to €0.295 million in the first half of 2025, bringing the margin to 24.3%.
EBIT reached €1.115 million and net income €1.280 million. These results were published on September 8, 2026, then detailed in the semi-annual financial report made available on September 30, 2026.
First-half revenue represented 44.2% of the annual target of €12.265 million then in effect. The company specifies that this comparison is arithmetical and does not constitute an extrapolation for the second half.
Texcell Acquisition Expands the Scope and Activities
On July 21, 2026, the Commercial Court of Évry designated the company for the acquisition of Texcell activities and assets. The transaction includes the continuation of activities at the Genopole in Évry-Courcouronnes, the acquisition of transferred assets and contracts, and 29 employees, of which 23 salaried staff on permanent contracts and 6 apprentices.
Texcell brings expertise in viral safety and clearance, biosecurity, virology, cell culture, genomic analyses, immuno-monitoring, and services intended for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The contribution to the 2026 estimate corresponds exclusively to activities acquired as of their effective transfer date and excludes any prior activity.
On September 10, 2026, the Texcell division was selected by Abionyx Pharma to conduct viral safety and clearance studies related to the preparation of validation batches for the CER-001 manufacturing process. On September 17, 2026, shareholders gathered in an Extraordinary General Meeting approved the new corporate name ABL Texcell Diagnostics and decided to maintain the listing of shares on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
