AMA Corporation Restructures XpertEye: 8 Job Losses in France
The publisher of the XpertEye platform has undertaken a reorganization aimed at lowering its break-even point, amid slower-than-anticipated adoption of its solutions. Following the operation, the group will retain only 11 employees in France.
Eight Positions Eliminated Through Economic Redundancies in France
AMA Corporation PLC (listed on Euronext Growth Paris, ISIN GB00BNKGZC51, ticker ALAMA) announced on October 1, 2026 an organizational adjustment designed to reduce its cost base while preserving the functions necessary for the operation of its XpertEye platform.
The group indicates that, despite technological improvements made to XpertEye, the adoption rate of new solutions remains slower than expected. It notes that, in an economic environment that continues to weigh on investment decisions and extend sales cycles, the current revenue level does not support its existing cost structure.
The reorganization will result in the elimination of 8 positions in France through economic redundancies. Following the operation, AMA will retain a team of 11 employees in France, distributed among R&D, sales, customer support and support functions. The group will furthermore maintain its subsidiaries in the United States and Germany, which together employ 4 people.
A Cost of €400k and Estimated Annual Savings of €650k
The cost associated with this reorganization is estimated at approximately €400k. Following the operation, annualized personnel expenses should decline from approximately €2.1 million to €1.45 million, representing annual savings of approximately €650k, according to the statement.
The group indicates that these savings will be supplemented by reductions in external costs. It notes that this leaner organization is structured to ensure the continuity of the XpertEye platform, its infrastructure and services provided to customers.
Pursuing Strategic Alternatives for XpertEye
AMA indicates it is actively pursuing strategic alternatives aimed at supporting the development of XpertEye and, where appropriate, maximizing the value of its technological and commercial assets.
The next financial publication, covering the results for the first half of 2026, is scheduled for October 30, 2026.
