Archos: Revenue Up 115% in H1 2026, Driven by NATO Contract
Archos reported a revenue of €45.2 million in the first half of 2026, marking a 115% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This surge is driven by the defense sector, particularly due to the execution of a NATO contract won the previous year. The group anticipates annual revenue exceeding €92 million in 2026, with improved profitability.
A Semester Driven by Defense Contracts
Archos posted a revenue of €45.2 million in the first half of 2026, representing a 115% increase compared to the first six months of 2025. This accelerated growth follows the strategy initiated in 2023, aiming to position the group as a leading player in mobile and ultra-rugged solutions for European defense and industry. The defense sector is the main driver of this expansion. Since the end of June, the group has been executing the first order from the NATO contract won from the NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency) for mobile solutions, with the revenue expected to be 'very significant' over the three years of the contract. This momentum places Archos above analyst expectations. The pre-publication consensus estimated a revenue of €90 million for 2026, while the group now anticipates more than €92 million. The surge in the first half (€45.2 million) confirms that the transition towards defense-industry activities is gaining operational traction.
Expected Profitability Improvement
The group anticipates improved profitability for fiscal year 2026, although it does not specify a margin threshold. The announced improvement for 2026 will depend on the group's ability to maintain production and delivery rates for the NATO contract while controlling operational costs during a significant ramp-up.
