Argan stock breaks through its support at €69.50 ahead of third-quarter revenue announcement
The logistics warehouse real estate investment trust declined sharply in mid-morning trading, with the SBF 120 remaining nearly stable. The downward breach of a key technical threshold occurs on the eve of the publication of third-quarter 2026 revenue.
The €69.50 support broken during the session, stock among the weakest performers in the SBF 120
Argan declined 2.16% to €68.00 during the session, while the SBF 120 lost just 0.08%. The stock ranks among the index's sharpest declines this Wednesday morning. The noteworthy development of the session: the price broke through its €69.50 support and has not recovered since, remaining clearly anchored below it. This level, which had represented a reference floor until now, is now the first technical obstacle to recovery.
The configuration of moving averages weighs on chart interpretation. The price trades below the 20-day MA at €71.69 (gap of -5.15%) and the 50-day MA at €72.46 (gap of -6.16%), two averages forming nearby resistance. Only the 200-day MA at €65.36 remains below the current price, offering a cushion of a few euros. With an RSI at 40, the stock approaches a zone where selling pressure is beginning to ease, without yet entering oversold territory.
Q3 revenue publication tomorrow, amid an upward revision of 2026 targets
The financial calendar places a concrete appointment as soon as tomorrow: Argan will report its third-quarter 2026 revenue on Thursday, October 1st. This publication comes in the wake of a solid first half. During the publication of H1 2026 results (July 22, 2026), the company had raised its annual revenue target to 221 million euros, based on an accelerated delivery schedule. Among the points of caution noted at that time: the margin on recurring net income revenues, which returned to 71%, declining over the period.
On the operational front, the real estate investment trust has shown sustained activity since summer. It officially announced on September 18th the expansion of Célio's logistics platform in the Oise by 12,000 m², then communicated on September 22nd about an evolution of its AutOnom solution now incorporating winter heating and summer cooling. Three-month performance remains positive at +12.21%, but the decline of -7.23% over one month reflects a more recent deterioration. The Q3 revenue expected tomorrow will constitute a first numerical test to confirm or deny the trajectory of the targets raised in July.
