Arverne: Bpifrance and Geogreen Join the Board of Directors
The French geothermal group has altered the composition of its board of directors and its committees following the general meeting on June 17. Bpifrance Investissement, Geogreen, and three new directors now complete the governance body.
Three New Directors Join the Board
Bpifrance Investissement, represented by Vladislav Tcaci, was appointed as an independent director during the general assembly on June 17, 2026. Geogreen, represented by Alexis Broders, was co-opted as a director to succeed Arosco following his resignation. Manoelle Lepoutre was also co-opted as an independent director to replace Bruno Gérard, who has stepped down. The board expresses its gratitude to Bruno Gérard for his commitment and contributions to the board's work and its committees.
Recomposed Board and Committees
Following these changes, the board of directors now comprises 44% independent directors and 44% women. Bpifrance Investissement has joined the audit and risk committee alongside Françoise Malrieu, who chairs it. All members of this committee are considered independent. Manoelle Lepoutre and Xavier Caïtucoli have been appointed to the nomination and remuneration committee, led by Colette Lewiner. The composition of the strategy and CSR committee remains unchanged.
Partial Renewal of the Mission Committee
The mission committee has been partially renewed for three years. Manoelle Lepoutre, Lucie Lefort, and Guillaume Tarnaud have retained their positions. Emeline Donjon and Guillaume Saincaize join the committee as new members. Manoelle Lepoutre continues to chair the committee.
