The legal merger between ASR Levensverzekering N.V. (A.S.R. Life) and Aegon Levensverzekering N.V. (Aegon Life) was finalized on July 2, 2026. This operation represents the final step in the integration process of Aegon Nederland into A.S.R. All rights and obligations of Aegon Life have been transferred to A.S.R. Life, thus consolidating all life insurance activities of the group under a single entity.
