Atari moves to OTCQX in the United States, its primary listing in Paris remains unchanged
OTC Markets Group has qualified Atari shares for trading on the OTCQX Best Market, the highest tier of this American market, effective October 23, 2026. The group specified in its press release that the operation is not accompanied by any new share issuance or capital raising, and that its primary listing in Paris remains unchanged.
An upgrade on the American over-the-counter market
Atari shares have been listed in the United States on OTC Markets since October 2018, under the symbol PONGF. They were previously traded on the OTC Pink tier.
On October 15, 2026, the group indicated that it had contacted OTC Markets Group with a view to this transfer. The qualification was granted following a review of the application. Atari has also requested a change to its American ticker symbol and will announce the new symbol once it becomes effective.
According to the press release, this change of tier should provide better visibility for the securities among brokers, retail investors and American institutional investors. The company expects this development to result in an expansion of its shareholder base in the United States and support for liquidity for all of its shareholders.
"The move to OTCQX is an important milestone for Atari and a concrete measure that provides American investors with real-time quotations and more convenient access to Atari shares," said Wade Rosen, Chief Executive Officer of Atari (quote translated from English).
Euronext Growth Paris remains the primary listing venue
Atari's primary listing on Euronext Growth Paris (ISIN code FR00140173Y6, ticker ALATA) is not being modified. The company will continue to comply with its disclosure obligations under the rules of this market.
The American listing constitutes a secondary trading venue for the same ordinary shares. It does not modify shareholders' rights, and shareholders have no action to take.
Atari shares are exempt from registration under the American Securities Exchange Act of 1934. American investors can access the company's financial information and real-time level 2 quotations on the OTC Markets website.
