Atos Appoints Paul Potgieter to Lead Middle East and Turkey Operations
The IT services group has entrusted Paul Potgieter with the leadership of its operations for the Middle East and Türkiye (MET). This executive joins Atos with more than 24 years of experience managing international technology projects.

Atos announced on September 28, 2026 the appointment of Paul Potgieter to the position of Middle East and Türkiye (MET) manager. He joins the group after leading the Corporate Services CIO function of the NEOM group, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He brings more than 24 years of experience leading international technology projects, having driven digital transformation, cloud, artificial intelligence and IT modernization initiatives in the Middle East, Africa and global markets.

In his new role, Paul Potgieter will lead Atos operations for the Middle East and Türkiye, with priorities centered on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships and fostering innovation.
