Audacia digitalizes access to its deep tech FCPI, available from €5,000
Asset management company Audacia has opened an online subscription process for its common fund for investment in innovation Audacia Capital Innovation IR, presented as its first deep tech tax fund intended for the general public.
The announcement is part of an approach aimed at broadening access for individual investors to investment in disruptive European technologies.
A tax fund dedicated to innovative young companies
The FCPI Audacia Capital Innovation IR, launched at the end of 2025, allows individuals to invest in innovative young European companies (JEI).
Accessible from €5,000, the fund entitles holders to an income tax reduction under the IR-PME/JEI scheme. It aims for a size of €15 million, to be invested in approximately 15 innovative young companies that have already crossed the critical initial stages of their technological development.
The subscription process is now available online, a simplification of access to this investment universe.
Structured deep tech expertise since 2018
Audacia states that it has developed its deep tech expertise since 2018, across five technological verticals: quantum, space, nuclear, decarbonized fuels and healthtech.
The group reports more than 80 portfolio holdings and more than €700 million in assets under management dedicated to deep tech. The company also claims nearly 20 years of expertise in structuring and managing tax funds, having supported 14,000 individual subscribers and financed 350 SMEs.
According to Cédric James, Audacia's deputy chief executive officer, the objective is to "make this expertise accessible to individual investors by allowing them simpler access to this universe of disruptive technologies".
