Audacia Raises 8 Million Euros through Capital Increase

The capital increase was subscribed to 100%, according to the schedule announced on January 20, 2026. Investors, including the family holding company Manitoba Capital, subscribed at a unit price of 4.05 euros per share. The net proceeds from the issue will be used to equally finance Audacia's strategic acceleration towards the creation of a leading platform for thematic funds and the continuation of high-value projects in its key investment themes. According to Olivier de Panafieu, General Manager, this fundraising allows us to 'accelerate the development of our thematic funds, continue our policy of specialization by launching new vehicles and selectively study growth opportunities through acquisitions.'

Settlement and Future Plans

The settlement-delivery of the new shares will take place on February 11, 2026. Following this, Audacia's share capital will amount to 886,333.75 euros, consisting of 7,090,670 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.125 euro. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris under the same ISIN code (FR00140059B5 - mnemonic ALAUD). Investors who subscribed have committed to retaining their entire shareholding for a period of 720 days from the settlement-delivery, subject to certain exceptions. The company has also committed not to issue new shares for a period of 360 calendar days following the settlement-delivery, subject to certain exceptions.
