Barbara Bui: Revenue Down 1% Over Nine Months, Online Sales Up 12%
Barbara Bui published on October 21, 2026 revenue of €9.51 million for the first nine months of fiscal year 2026, down 1% compared to the same period in 2025. This total combines channels that are moving in opposite directions: sales made in the group's boutiques and on its website are progressing, while distribution to multi-brand retailers declined by 16%, excluding discount activities.
This divergence between channels structures the disclosure. Management has also maintained its growth targets for the full fiscal year 2026.
The cumulative 1% decline compares to a 2% decline announced when the first half accounts were closed on September 30, 2026.
Direct Distribution: €6.15 Million in Sales, Up 4%
The group's direct distribution network (Parisian boutiques and website) generated revenue of €6.15 million over the first nine months of the fiscal year, up 4% year-over-year. The company notes that this increase was achieved despite a third quarter it describes as "particularly challenging for the sector".
The detail of this channel reveals two distinct trends. Parisian boutiques showed growth of 1% over the period, while online sales increased by 12%.
Conversely, distribution through multi-brand retail points, in France and abroad, recorded a decline of 16% excluding discount activities. The group attributes this trend to a context still hampered by the deterioration of the global economic and geopolitical environment.
The Decline in Multi-Brand Retailers Absorbs the Rise in Direct Sales
With €6.15 million out of a total of €9.51 million, direct distribution constitutes the main component of the group's revenue. Its 4% increase was nevertheless insufficient to maintain the total at last year's level: the 16% decline in the multi-brand channel had enough impact to bring the overall figure to a 1% decline.
Within direct sales, the most significant growth comes from online sales, with an increase of 12%, while Parisian boutiques advanced by 1%. Online sales show the highest growth among direct distribution channels at +12%, while Parisian boutiques grew by 1%.
The cumulative view shows an evolution compared to mid-year: the revenue decline of 2% at the end of June according to the semi-annual accounts closed on September 30, 2026, stood at 1% at the end of September.
Barbara Bui Maintains Its Growth Targets for 2026
The group indicates it remains confident in its outlook and maintains its growth targets for fiscal year 2026, in a market context it describes as "still uncertain". According to the company, this trajectory is supported notably by the strength of its fundamentals and the performance of its direct distribution channels.
The company, listed on Compartment C of Euronext Paris and eligible for PEA-PME status, distributes its collections of clothing and accessories in its Parisian boutiques, on its website and through a network of selective multi-brand retail points.
At the end of the first nine months, revenue stands at €9.51 million, down 1%, with direct distribution up 4% at €6.15 million and a maintained growth target for the full fiscal year 2026.
