Bolloré share falls nearly 4%, at the bottom of the SBF 120
Bolloré shares recorded a sharp decline this Friday, finding themselves at the bottom of the SBF 120 ranking while the Paris stock exchange trades virtually flat. The revision of the price target by Oddo BHF, published Wednesday, weighs on the session and contrasts with the relative stability of the share over the week.
Bolloré among the strongest declines in the SBF 120, below its short-term moving averages
The Bolloré share declined by 3.83% to €3.82 in trading, placing it among the strongest declines in the SBF 120, in an index that lost only 0.15%. The pullback brings the share below its 20-day moving average at €3.84 (gap of -0.57%) and below its 50-day moving average at €3.94 (gap of -3.10%), two thresholds it fails to defend. The 200-day moving average at €3.66 remains conversely well below the price, offering a medium-term floor at approximately 4.3% gap.
On the RSI side, the indicator at 55 remains in neutral territory, with no oversold signal despite the amplitude of today's decline. The price approaches the support level at €3.77, a threshold to monitor if selling pressure continues at the close of trading.
Oddo BHF lowers its target to €5 and maintains a neutral opinion on the value
On Wednesday, September 2, Oddo BHF revised its price target on Bolloré, reducing it from €6.00 to €5.00, while confirming a neutral opinion. Compared to the current price of €3.82, this target represents a theoretical upside potential of approximately 31%, but the bank does not position itself in favor of a purchase. This downward revision of the target reflects a revision of expectations on the value, in a context where the share shows a decline of 4.66% over three months, and limited gains of 1.38% over one month.
Over one year, however, Bolloré advances by nearly 9%, which puts the short-term movement into perspective. The resistance at €4.08 now represents the first hurdle to overcome for the share to regain bullish momentum.
