The transaction was concluded at a price of $76.50 per WNS share, in cash. The aim of this acquisition is to create a global leader in the field of Agent-based Intelligent Operations. According to Capgemini, this move allows the combination of its expertise in strategy and transformation with the platforms and sector expertise of WNS.

Financing the Acquisition

To finance the purchase of WNS, Capgemini issued a bond loan of 4.0 billion euros. This financing not only covers the cost of the acquisition but also refinances existing financial debt and meets the general needs of the group. Following this bond issue, the initial bridge loan concluded as part of the acquisition was cancelled. This financial strategy aims to integrate WNS smoothly and strengthen Capgemini's financial structure.
