Capgemini Share: Nearly 12% in Seven Days, Leading the CAC 40
The IT services group continues its rebound within the CAC 40, in a Parisian market advancing modestly. The movement is accompanied by a recent analyst opinion and an upcoming publication schedule.
A Gain of 11.91% Over the Week That Widens the Gap from Moving Averages
The Capgemini share gains 1.6% to €124.05 in early afternoon trading, in a CAC 40 rising by 0.31%. The stock ranks in the top half of the index's leaderboard, behind Renault, Stellantis, and EssilorLuxottica, and continues a rebound of 11.91% over seven days. This surge moves it significantly away from its 50-day moving average at €108.30, which the price now dominates by 14.54%. The RSI at 70.71 sits at the edge of the overbought zone, highlighting the scale of the recent rally.
The session context remains marked by tensions over French debt: the 10-year OAT stands at 4.74% according to the October 15 reading, or 1.35 percentage points above the Bund. However, the Paris session is moving upward, and rate markets remain more of a backdrop to the session than a specific driver for Capgemini. In the United States, Accenture gained 4.63% on Thursday on Wall Street and has accumulated a 16.3% gain over one month, a trajectory parallel to Capgemini's, though no causal link is established.
