Colt CZ Appoints Erika Vorlová as HR Director and Board Member
Colt CZ Group SE has appointed Erika Vorlová as the Human Resources Director and a board member, effective immediately. The appointment comes amidst the group's reorganization, as it continues to expand beyond its traditional firearms and ammunition activities.
Appointment Aligned with Strategic Expansion
Erika Vorlová has joined the governance body of Colt CZ as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and board member since July 15, 2026. Her appointment was decided by the group's supervisory board. With over twenty years of experience in human resource management within international and highly regulated environments, Vorlová has previously held leadership positions in energy groups (GasNet, Innogy Czech Republic, RWE), the pharmaceutical sector (Baxter, Sanofi), and IT (Hewlett-Packard). Restructuring of the Board of Directors
This appointment coincides with the departure from the board of Jan Zajíc, CEO of Česká zbrojovka, and Vladimír Rada, CEO of Sellier & Bellot, effective July 15, 2026. Both leaders will retain their respective executive roles and remain members of the group's executive management. Colt CZ Group continues the restructuring of its governance body announced in the context of expansion into the energy sector, with the production of energetic nitrocellulose by Synthesia Nitrocellulose. The group employs over 4,500 staff across 13 production sites, and has been listed in Prague since 2020 and on Euronext Amsterdam since April 2026.
