Drone Volt shares fall nearly 6% following a dilutive capital raise
The stock loses ground on Friday, following the announcement of a capital increase through private placement carried out this morning. The move comes as Invest Securities maintains its buy rating on the stock, with a price target significantly above the current price.
A dilutive fundraising weighs on the price, despite a strategic agreement signed earlier in the week
Drone Volt falls 5.76% to €0.38 in trading, after closing the previous day at €0.41. The pressure comes directly from the €2.35 million capital raise through private placement announced today, carried out with the waiver of pre-emptive subscription rights. The operation, which aims to strengthen the group's financial structure and support its model focused on high-margin services, mechanically dilutes existing shareholders. Settlement and admission of the new shares on Euronext Growth are expected on September 8, 2026.
This decline is part of an already difficult context: the stock has fallen 13.05% over three months and over 45% over one year. The week is also in the red, with a decline of 3.14% over seven days. Yet, the agreement signed Wednesday with Belgian company Sol.One, covering a volume of at least €50 million over five years around the Saboteur UAV drone system, was not enough to reverse the downward trend linked to today's financial operation.
A neutral RSI and a buy rating from Invest Securities above the current price
In terms of indicators, the stock is trading slightly above its 20 and 50-day moving averages (both at €0.38), which reflects a short-term dynamic still preserved despite today's correction. The 200-day moving average, however, is well above: at €0.52, it exceeds the current price by 26.42%, reflecting a still-degraded underlying trend. The RSI at 55 remains in a neutral zone, with no oversold or overbought signals. The next resistance to watch is at €0.44, while support is set at €0.35.
On the analyst ratings side, Invest Securities reiterated its buy opinion Thursday with an unchanged price target of €0.65, representing a potential gain of nearly 70% compared to the current price. This target reflects the brokerage's confidence in the group's strategic pivot towards service offerings, which represented 71% of revenues in the first half of 2026. The €0.35 support level now constitutes the benchmark level in the short term in case of further decline.
