Econocom Wins a 3-Year UGAP Contract in Network Cybersecurity
Econocom has announced that its subsidiary, Econocom Exaprobe, was selected by UGAP, the French public procurement agency, to provide network cybersecurity solutions to the agency's 20,000 public and medico-social clients. The contract commences on July 16, 2026, and will span three years.
A Market Covering the Entire Operational Spectrum
Econocom Exaprobe will thus join the UGAP's procurement offering, responsible for the supply of network cybersecurity solutions, their integration, deployment, operation, supervision, and support in securing architectures. The market targets local authorities, state administrations, and public institutions in the medico-social sector, encompassing the entire clientele of the public procurement agency. Angel Benguigui, CEO of Econocom, emphasized that 'cybersecurity is becoming an essential strategic pillar for all organizations in the public sector' in light of escalating cyber threats and the imperatives of digital sovereignty.
A Multi-Vendor Technological Ecosystem
The offering is based on a set of complementary technological solutions selected to meet all needs. Econocom Exaprobe offers next-generation firewalls from Cisco, Fortinet, and Stormshield (the latter also providing equipment suitable for Restricted Distribution environments), network behavioral analysis solutions from Gatewatcher, access and load balancing tools from F5, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services from EfficientIP, a next-generation secure web gateway from Fortinet, as well as encryption solutions from Eviden.

Econocom Exaprobe relies on 220 specialized consultants and engineers spread across six sites in France. The entity generated a revenue of €140 million in 2025. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ITIL certifications, and boasts over 20 years of experience in integrating complex solutions for critical environments.
