Edenred appoints Fabrizio Ruggiero to head Employee Benefits division
Business services group Edenred has appointed a new head of its Employee Benefits division, with the appointment effective as of September 28, 2026.
The appointment comes alongside the departure from the group of his predecessor, Arnaud Erulin.
Fabrizio Ruggiero joins the Executive Committee on September 28
Edenred announced on September 2, 2026 the appointment of Fabrizio Ruggiero as Chief Executive Officer of Employee Benefits, a member of the group's Executive Committee, effective September 28, 2026.
Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, he will report to Bertrand Dumazy, Chief Executive Officer of Edenred. He will succeed Arnaud Erulin, who is leaving the group to take on new responsibilities.
According to the statement, his mission is part of the Amplify 25-28 strategic plan, with the objective of acquiring new customers and growing average annual revenue per user.
A career in services and leasing before Edenred
Fabrizio Ruggiero joined Edenred in 2021 and has since held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Edenred Italy.
A graduate in business management from Sapienza University of Rome and holder of an MBA from the Milan Polytechnic University, he began his career at Accenture, then at Bain & Company. In 2004, he joined Leasys, of which he became Chief Executive Officer in 2007.
He subsequently joined Europcar as Chief Executive Officer for Italy in 2011, before becoming Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Europcar Mobility Group in 2016. Bertrand Dumazy also thanked Arnaud Erulin for his contribution over the past 32 years.
