Electronic Invoicing: Quadient Surpasses 800,000 Entities via Serensia

Over 800,000 Entities Registered via Serensia

Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT) announced on September 1st, 2026 that more than 800,000 entities (SIRET) are registered in the central directory of the French tax administration (DGFiP) via its approved Serensia by Quadient platform and its white-label partners. The group presents this milestone as the beginning of a progressive rollout of the reform.

According to Geoffrey Godet, Chief Executive Officer of Quadient, this reform represents for the company "far more than a compliance requirement" and "accelerates the digitalization of financial processes". The group indicates its intention to support its customers through this transformation over the long term.

The next phase will take effect in September 2027, when the obligation to issue electronic invoices will extend to small and medium-sized enterprises, broadening the scope of the reform.

Security and Operational Ramp-Up

The operational phase follows a pilot program conducted by Quadient, bringing together several major French energy suppliers. By the end of August, more than 100,000 electronic invoices had been processed, and more than 25,000 companies, including TotalEnergies and Dalkia, had already exchanged electronic invoices.

On the security front, all B2B invoicing flows will now transit through the network of approved platforms. Serensia by Quadient is ISO 27001 certified and relies on infrastructure qualified SecNumCloud by ANSSI, the highest level of security certification in France for hosting sensitive data.

Quadient furthermore notes that it supports companies in other European markets engaged in similar reforms, via its Quadient AR and Quadient AP solutions, in anticipation of the European ViDA framework scheduled for July 2030.
