EuroLand Corporate Leads 2 of 3 IPOs on Euronext Growth in H1 2026
EuroLand Corporate has supported two of the three initial public offerings conducted on Euronext Growth during the first half of 2026, positioning itself as a key player in fundraising for growth SMEs in this market segment.
Two Successful IPOs in Six Months
EuroLand Corporate finalized the IPO of Le Slip Français on Euronext Growth Paris, serving as advisor and Listing Sponsor. This operation enabled the company to raise €13 million, aimed at funding its development and reorganizing its capital. This was the second IPO managed by the firm in the first half of 2026, following the IPO of Ieva last March, which raised €7.3 million. With these two operations out of the three conducted since the beginning of the year on Euronext Growth, EuroLand Corporate confirms its strong position in this segment.
Nearly 7,500 Individual Investors Mobilized
The IPO of Le Slip Français attracted nearly 7,500 individual investors, demonstrating EuroLand Corporate's ability to build a broad and sustainable individual shareholder base around its operations. The Bpifrance Bluespring 1 fund, managed by Bpifrance Investissement, participated in this operation with an investment of €3 million. EuroLand Corporate highlights that these two IPOs demonstrate that the stock market meets the financing needs of SMEs as well as the liquidity challenges of historical shareholders.
Commitment to Euronext's IPOgo Initiative
EuroLand Corporate supports the IPOgo initiative launched by Euronext, which aims to simplify and accelerate SMEs' access to financial markets through a streamlined IPO process. The firm intends to continue its commitment alongside companies wishing to take the step of listing, convinced that stock markets are an essential lever for financing and value creation.
