Eutelsat Communications Stock Breaks Its €2.15 Support and Sinks to the Bottom of the SBF 120
The satellite operator continues its descent in early afternoon trading on the Paris stock exchange, while the CAC 40 makes slight gains. The slide that began in late May intensifies, with a technical threshold yielding during the session. The stock is now firmly positioned at the lower end of the SBF 120.
A New Broken Support Extends the Downward Spiral of Spring
Eutelsat Communications stock loses 2% to €2.11, after breaking through its €2.15 support during the session. The technical break confirms a trend already in place for several weeks: the stock is down nearly 13% over one month and 24.7% over three months. It is among the steepest declines in the SBF 120, while the broader index is up 0.44%. The technical setup remains significantly degraded.
The price is more than 10% below its 20-day moving average (€2.36) and about 19% below its 200-day moving average (€2.61), with no significant rebound having halted the erosion that began in late May. The RSI at 35 indicates seller exhaustion over the last week, yet it does not settle into a clear oversold zone. The recent series of technical breaks, documented through successive breaks observed since mid-July, illustrates the stock's inability to find a foothold.
LEO Commercial Dynamics Insufficient to Offset Market Distrust
Fundamentally, the group highlights its low Earth orbit constellation OneWeb, with an expanded multi-year maritime partnership with AST Networks, announced at the end of June. During the nine-month 2025/2026 results presentation (May 12, 2026), the operator had reported a 50% year-on-year increase in LEO revenue, while noting a negative currency impact of 42 million euros and nearly stable operational activity revenue. This commercial momentum has not been enough to reverse the stock market trend.
The stock has erased a quarter of its value in three months, and the break of the €2.15 support technically opens the way for further decline, with no short-term rebound zone identified on the moving averages. The next operational milestone will be the publication of the 2025/2026 annual results, expected in the summer.
