ForFarmers finalizes its Polish joint venture and holds 50.5%
Animal feed producer ForFarmers has completed the establishment of its ForFarmers Polska joint venture, bringing together the operations of Tasomix and KPS. The transaction, announced on February 12, 2026, became effective following the satisfaction of all conditions precedent.
A majority stake of 50.5% and full consolidation
ForFarmers holds a controlling stake of 50.5% in the ForFarmers Polska joint venture, which it will consolidate on a full integration basis. The founders of Tasomix and KPS remain minority shareholders in the structure.
With the completion of the transaction, the operations of Tasomix and KPS are combined within ForFarmers Polska. The combination brings together Tasomix's expertise in animal nutrition with KPS's position in poultry production, processing and marketing on the Polish market.
Conditions satisfied, including competition authority approval
All conditions required for the transaction have been fulfilled, including shareholder approval and approval from the local competition authority.
ForFarmers announced on September 16, 2026 the signing of an agreement to acquire Polish producer STW through its subsidiary Tasomix, a transaction subject to approval by the Polish competition authority.
A second joint venture to be finalized
The transaction completed on October 2, 2026 concerns the main joint venture, covering the operations of KPS and Tasomix. A second distinct joint venture is part of the overall agreement.
This involves sales activities and specific contracts and is expected to be finalized in the coming months. ForFarmers Polska and KPS Food Group will be discussed in greater detail at the Capital Market Day scheduled for November 24, 2026.
