The Aerospace and Defense division, represented by AECE Group (Aquitaine Électronique, AEVA) and AQLE, recorded growth of 23.5% to €29.4 million. According to the company, this performance is mainly driven by AQLE's arrival within the group.
Conversely, the Energy division (ARDATEM, TECHNISONIC), focused on services for the energy sector and particularly nuclear, sees its activity stabilize with growth of 1% to €41.1 million. The company attributes this level to the transitional effect of the reduction in reactor shutdowns observed in 2025 and early 2026.
2026 activity target maintained around €345 million
For the full 2026 fiscal year, Management reiterates its target for activity growth around €345 million. By division, it anticipates growth of between 5% and 7% for Manufacturing and specialized expertise providers, between 1% and 2% for Energy, and between 18% and 20% for Aerospace and Defense, with Installation/Maintenance expected to maintain sustained activity levels in the second half.
The group also indicates that as of June 30, 2026 its available cash position stood at approximately €79 million and that it held 5% of its capital. Half-yearly results will be published on September 28, 2026 after market close.
