Holland Colours Appoints Chris Roggeband as Chief Executive Officer from October 2026
Holland Colours is undergoing a leadership change after eight years under Coen Vinke's management. Chris Roggeband will assume office on October 1st, 2026.
Appointment Validated by Extraordinary General Meeting
Holland Colours N.V. announced on September 30th, 2026 that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, held on the same day, decided to appoint Chris Roggeband (1973) to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Management of the company, effective October 1st, 2026.
Chris Roggeband has more than 25 years of international management experience in industrial, manufacturing and specialized products activities. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Floramedia Group, an entity of the listed CCL Group.
Coen Vinke Steps Down After Eight Years
Chris Roggeband succeeds Coen Vinke, who led Holland Colours for eight years. The Supervisory Board expressed its gratitude to him for his contribution to the company's development during his tenure.
To facilitate the transition, Coen Vinke will continue to work alongside Chris Roggeband during his first weeks in management to ensure a smooth handover. Jeanine van der Vlist, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, indicated that the new leader brings a combination of commercial leadership, international experience and a people-centered approach.
