Icade Shares Bounce Back 2.5% After Hitting a Record Low
The office real estate company regains some color after breaking through its technical support earlier in the week. The rebound occurs in a slightly bullish Parisian market, yet does not reverse the heavy underlying trend that has weighed on the stock for several weeks.
A Technical Rebound After Hitting a Record Low on Wednesday
Icade shares gained 2.57% to €18.76 during the session, after having closed at €18.29 the previous day. The stock is recovering two sessions after hitting a record low and breaking its support at €18.50. Thus, the real estate company is among the strongest risers in the SBF 120 index, while the broader index is up only 0.18%. This bounce does not alter the fundamental trajectory: the stock remains down 10.07% over one month and 12.01% over one year.

The rebound is not enough to bring Icade back to its technical benchmarks. The price remains below its MM20 (€19.64), MM50 (€20.12), and MM200 (€20.65), with a gap of 9.15% from the long-term average. The RSI at 32 reflects the selling exhaustion that followed the breach of the €18.50 support, making today's technical movement coherent. Regarding valuation, the stock is trading at about 6.4 times the earnings expected for the current fiscal year according to the consensus of surveyed analysts. The next technical level to watch remains the MM20 at €19.64, a level that has not been surpassed since mid-June.
