In the upper echelon of the SBF 120, OPmobility shares rise 5.5%
The Lyon-based automotive equipment supplier is making a sharp recovery during the session, in a Paris market showing a slight upward bias. After a very turbulent start to the month, the share is recovering some of the ground lost, as its next earnings announcement approaches.
A 5.5% rebound that leaves the share far from its moving averages
OPmobility shares gain 5.46% to €9.95 in trading, placing it among the strongest gainers on the SBF 120, an index rising 0.38%. The move comes after the fall triggered by the announcement on October 7 of a European reorganization plan, affecting approximately 770 positions and adjusted 2026 targets. As a reminder, the group cited at the time a deterioration in the automotive market more pronounced than anticipated.
Despite this recovery, the share is still trading 11.56% below its 20-day moving average and 16.88% below its 50-day moving average, and is down 16.88% over one month. The RSI at 26 signals an oversold configuration, with support at €9.40 that the share has approached without breaking.
Third quarter revenue expected on October 21
OPmobility will publish its third quarter 2026 revenue on October 21. This announcement will be the first since the risk increase announced in early October. The consensus of surveyed analysts values the share at approximately 7.6 times current fiscal year earnings, and 5.7 times those of the following fiscal year.
Over one year, the share is down 27.16%, and over three months 26.08%. The nearest resistance level is at €12.73, a level broken through on October 7 before the share lost it with the subsequent decline.
