The Nominations Committee has initiated a succession process to replace Karen Witts. Pending its completion, Pascal Touchon, an independent board member and member of the Audit Committee, has been appointed as the interim Chair of the Audit Committee and, also on an interim basis, as a member of the Compensation Committee.
