Ipsos Appoints Claire Charbit as Head of CEO's Office to Accelerate Horizons Strategy
Ipsos has announced the appointment of Claire Charbit as Head of the CEO's Office, effective from July 7, 2026. She joins the Executive Management Committee and will report directly to CEO Jean Laurent Poitou.
A Profile Rich in Transformation Experience
Claire Charbit brings over 25 years of international leadership experience. She previously held the position of General Manager of the Group Transformation Program at Carrefour, and served as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Europcar Mobility Group. Prior to these roles, she spent 16 years at Air France-KLM in leadership positions, including as Chief Transformation Officer. She also worked for a decade as a Principal at Accenture. She holds a PhD in Strategy and Management from Dauphine University.
Strengthening Governance for the Horizons Plan
This appointment is part of the rollout of Ipsos's Horizons strategy, with a particular focus on speed and artificial intelligence. In addition to her responsibilities in the CEO's Office, Claire Charbit will support the CEO and other members of the CEO Office in monitoring initiatives and business performance, accelerating the group's transformation, and removing organizational obstacles. Jean Laurent Poitou stated on this occasion: 'As we accelerate the execution of our Horizons plan, with a particular focus on speed and AI, we are strengthening our leadership structure to ensure optimal governance of our strategy.
