Ipsos Establishes Independent Advisory Board Chaired by Eileen Campbell
Ipsos announced on Friday the establishment of an independent advisory board aimed at advising the board of directors and executive management on major developments in the market research sector. This body is part of the company's Horizons plan to build an 'augmented Ipsos'.
An Advisory Body in Response to Industry Disruptions
The advisory board, chaired by Eileen Campbell, is tasked with providing an external perspective on the long-term trends reshaping the insights sector. It will shed light on the acceleration of artificial intelligence, evolving customer expectations, and the competitive dynamics of a rapidly changing market.
Eileen Campbell, former global CEO of Millward Brown and Chief Marketing Officer at IMAX, brings dual experience from both client and agency sides to this chairmanship. She stated, 'Ipsos has built a unique position in the global insights sector through its rigor, independence, and international scope. I am honored to chair this board and contribute an external, forward-looking, and scientific perspective to Ipsos' strategy and ambitions.'
Planned Composition and Recruitment Schedule
The recruitment of advisory board members is currently underway. The first group of members is expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks. The body will gather experts in artificial intelligence and technology, experienced client-side leaders, as well as thinkers in science, economics, and geopolitics.
Laurence Stoclet, Chairman of the Ipsos Board of Directors, commented, 'The creation of this advisory board reflects Ipsos' ambition to lead in an industry undergoing rapid transformation. Eileen brings credibility, deep industry expertise, and a truly independent perspective. I am confident that this advisory board will be a valuable asset as we shape the next chapter of our leadership in this new era.'
