On Wednesday, JCDecaux France was awarded the 'Agency of the Year' title by the editorial team of Stratégies, a weekly publication specializing in communication and marketing. This award recognizes a series of significant initiatives launched in 2026 in the fields of retail media, programmatic advertising, and impact measurement.
Major Initiatives Recognized
The award particularly praises the partnership initiated with Carrefour, Carmila, and Unlimitail in the area of physical retail media, which includes the deployment of 900 digital screens at key consumer locations with the implementation of data analytics, programmatic advertising, and artificial intelligence.
JCDecaux also supported the highly publicized comeback of Céline Dion with a teaser campaign rolled out in Paris and major international cities. The creation of a new department dedicated to marketing, digital, data, and transformation aims to accelerate the accessibility and measurability of their offerings.
Additionally, the international rollout of pDOOH, the world's first programmatic offering for Digital Out-of-Home, is now active in over 35 markets through a network of more than 30,000 digital screens. The expansion of 360 Footprint, a tool for calculating the overall impact of campaigns, allows for the measurement of the environmental, economic, and social footprint of communication strategies.
