Lhyfe transfers its listing to Euronext Growth Paris on September 8
The green hydrogen producer is switching from the regulated market Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris, a segment that the company presents as better suited to its size and stage of maturity. The ticker symbol changes while the ISIN code remains identical.
A regulatory framework adapted to the group's size and maturity stage
Lhyfe announced on September 4, 2026 that the transfer of its securities listing from compartment C of Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris would be effective on September 8, 2026. The admission application was approved by Euronext's Admissions Committee on September 2, 2026.
According to the company, the operation aims to be listed on a market offering a regulatory framework better suited to its size and stage of maturity, while strengthening its visibility with investors specialized in supporting growth companies.
Lhyfe also indicates that this transfer allows it to benefit from certain regulatory reliefs and to reduce its management costs.
Governance maintained and ticker symbol modification
The transfer was implemented by the Board of Directors following the authorization given by the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2026. The company states that it will maintain, as good practice, certain governance and financial communication rules applicable on the regulated market, in particular the maintenance of the IFRS accounting framework and the audit committee.
The liquidity agreement concluded by Lhyfe will be maintained after the transfer. The ISIN code remains unchanged (FR0014009YQ1) and the ticker symbol will become ALHYF as from September 8, 2026.
As part of this operation, Lhyfe is supported by CIC CIB in its capacity as Listing Sponsor.
