Profile of the New CEO and Chairwoman
Jean-Philippe Baert brings over 30 years of experience in the B2B SaaS software sector, having held executive and commercial leadership roles in fast-growing companies, including Exact Target, Salesforce, GE Digital, Mention Solution, and Splio. He has led market entry strategies, business development, and international expansion, as well as initiatives for transformation and operational performance improvement. Marie de Lauzon, an independent director at LightOn since its IPO in 2024, has over 20 years of executive and governance experience in the technology and energy sectors. She served as Deputy CEO at 2CRSi from 2019 to 2022, and as Deputy CEO at Voltalia from 2014 to 2019, where she structured support functions and contributed to capital market transactions exceeding €560 million in fundraising. She chairs LightOn's Audit and Risk Committee and holds degrees from HEC Paris and the CEMS Master's from the University of St. Gallen.
