Logic Instrument: Revenue of €39.5M in H1 2026, Up by 104%
Logic Instrument reported a revenue of €39.5M for the first half of 2026, marking a 104% increase year-over-year. This explosive growth, driven by the defense sector, presents a major challenge for the equipment manufacturer: to convert this commercial momentum into profitable results while integrating a portfolio of recent acquisitions and delivering on a three-year NATO contract, the first delivery of which was made at the end of June.
Defense and Strategic Acquisitions Propel Revenue
Logic Instrument achieved a revenue of €39.5M in the first half of 2026, an increase of 104% compared to the first half of 2025. This growth is primarily driven by the defense sector. The group won a NATO tender through the NSPA procurement center for mobile solutions, with a three-year duration and a revenue expectation described as very significant by the group. This growth is part of a consolidation strategy initiated in 2023, marked by several acquisitions: Elexo (specialized in defense), Artic Distribution, Glacier Computer, and Distrame. These operations aim to complement the product offering and position Logic Instrument in its vertical markets, particularly defense.
Annual Guidance Confirmed, Profitability to be Demonstrated
The group confirms a 2026 guidance of more than €75M in revenue, coupled with improved profitability for the fiscal year. However, the release does not detail the expected margins, nor the projected contribution of each acquisition or the NATO contract. The delivery of the first NATO order at the end of June 2026 marks the transition from a commercial commitment to the operational phase: the group must now demonstrate its ability to meet deadlines and volumes over three years.
