MHM Corporate: net loss of €416,547 in first half and recapitalization completed
MHM Corporate published on October 1, 2026 its accounts for the first half of 2026, marked by the absence of revenue and a net loss of €416,547.
Beyond the accounts, the press release primarily describes a recapitalization operation whose settlement and delivery took place on September 25, 2026, intended to clear the liabilities inherited from previous periods and to open a new direction for the company.
A net loss of €416,547 in the absence of revenue
For the first half of 2026, MHM Corporate recorded no revenue, as in the same period of 2025. Operating loss amounted to €387,774, compared to a loss of €352,268 a year earlier. Net loss stood at €416,547, compared to a loss of €303,175 in the first half of 2025.
The company notes that this net result differs from the loss of €320,007 appearing in the unaudited half-yearly balance sheet published on September 1, 2026. The difference of €96,540 results, according to the company, from adjustments made after this publication, related to the accounting and full provisioning of disputes inherited from previous periods.
Apart from these items, the company highlights a reduction in its operating costs: external expenses amounted to €126,997, compared to €333,801 a year earlier.
A capital increase to settle liabilities and restore cash
The press release focuses on a capital increase whose settlement and delivery took place on September 25, 2026. According to the company, this operation enables it to have the cash necessary to settle, in the short term, outstanding invoices and settlement agreements concluded with creditors, as well as the repayment of convertible bonds and other short-term financing.
Following these operations, MHM Corporate indicates having cash covering more than twelve months of operations. Residual debt was converted into ORA with maturity on December 31, 2029.
This recapitalization follows a financial situation described during the publication of the first half of 2026 on September 1, 2026: absence of operational activity, ongoing financial restructuring and negative equity of €4,118,885.
Change of corporate purpose and search for new activities
MHM Corporate indicates that it is no longer bound by its historical activities in hospitality and real estate, its corporate purpose having been broadened accordingly. The company states that it is examining a range of opportunities, combining the development of new activities and shareholdings or investments.
It adds that it will communicate to the market as soon as concrete elements can be announced. As of June 30, 2026, the total balance sheet stood at €370,860, compared to €339,768 a year earlier.
