Nexity Appoints Delphine Fontaine as Director of New Urban Offerings
On July 15, Nexity announced the appointment of Delphine Fontaine as Deputy General Manager in charge of developing New Urban Offerings. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, she will lead the development of urban regeneration and asset transformation projects from Île-de-France, supporting other French regions.
Delphine Fontaine joins Nexity after leading the GA Smart Building's Tertiary Promotion Agency for Île-de-France and Regions. Her career includes roles at La Poste Immobilier and EDF Sofilo, covering the entire real estate value chain from asset management to promotion. She holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Paris Nanterre University, further enhanced by training at ICH-CNAM and an AMF certification.
